Commercial real estate experience since 1999
Jacqueline Newmark-Tavares began her commercial real estate career in 1999, handling leasing and management for a large commercial portfolio. In 2000, she joined CBRE, where she spent approximately 11 years representing owners, tenants, and investors.
In 2016, she founded Reserve Commercial Real Estate an independent Florida practice built on a simple idea: clients deserve experienced guidance and personal accountability on every assignment, from strategy through closing.
Reserve Commercial Real Estate is that practice’s next chapter. The name is new. The experience, the relationships, and the standards are not. Reserve CRE represents clients, listings, and assignments throughout Florida, and is selectively building a statewide network of experienced commercial real estate brokers.

She joined CBRE in 2000 and spent approximately 11 years there before founding Reserve Commercial Real Estate LLC in 2016. Today she leads Reserve CRE, representing owners, businesses, and investors throughout Florida.
